Rotadent® Plus Limited Lifetime Warranty Information

Rotadent® Plus is the only electric powered toothbrush that comes with a limited lifetime warranty.⁵

Each Rotadent® Plus power handle and charger unit is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. The power handle is warranted for so long as you own it and operate it according to instructions. The charger unit is warranted for one (1) year from purchase. To activate the warranty, you must register online at www.rotadentwarranty.com (or www.rotadentwarranty.ca for Canadian residents) or return the warranty registration card by mail within 30 days of receipt. This warranty does not cover:

• Rotadent® Plus rotary toothbrushes obtained from a source other than a dental office.
• Brush heads or components other than the power handle and/or charging base.
• Any defects which do not affect the ability of the Rotadent® Plus to function properly.
• Shipping and handling costs to and from the manufacturer for warranty service.
• Misuse, abuse, damage caused by electrical power surge or operation in ways not recommended or authorized by Zila.

If you fail to register or maintain your Rotadent® Plus as described, this warranty is limited to one (1) year from the date of your purchase or receipt from a dental office, so long as you can provide proof of such purchase or receipt, non-extendible by any replacement or repair. ZILA MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of liability: Except where prohibited by law, Zila will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from this product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the limitations or exclusions above may not apply to you.
