Perio Probes

Perio Probes are used to measure the pocket depth to determine the health of the tissue around the bone and the tooth. Designed for outstanding sensitivity, accuracy and patient-friendly comfort, these probes incorporate the latest thermoplastic technology. Perio Probes are flexible and easier to introduce into the sulcus, facilitating assessment of the apical extent of the pocket. The spherical ball tip helps in the detection of subgingival calculus or other roughness of the tooth surface while at the same time makes the procedure more comfortable for the patient. They are virtually non-abrasive and reduce the potential for damaging the surface of any restoration.
